The Weston Ranch Foundation is focused on better understanding our Natural Capital and increasing our Human and Social Capital by protecting and managing native habitat and wildlife populations, collaborating with higher education institutions, and promoting environmental awareness and education throughout the community.
Natural Capital
The Weston Foundation is a working ranch with over 4,200 acres of in the Blackland Prairie region of Texas between Austin and San Antonio.
Human Capital
The Foundation is collaborating with faculty and students from Texas Lutheran University and the University of Texas at San Antonio to better understand our Natural Capital and to support the teaching missions of both universities.
Social Capital
Our goal is to share our resources and knowledge with our neighbors and community. This is how we will increase Social Capital for our communities.
